What it does

Move-in and move-out surveys, room by room, with photos and walkthrough video that are dated as you take them.
Meter readings at both ends of the tenancy, so the final bill isn't a guess.
A repair log. Record what you reported, when, and what happened next. Damage you told them about months ago is a different conversation from damage they find at the end.
An evidence pack built for you: a clear document of the whole tenancy, plus a ZIP of the original files if the scheme wants them.

Your data
